Meet Emily Saeteurn, a write-in candidate for Peoria City Council who believes residents deserve accessible leadership and a say in Peoria's future.
Emily Saeteurn has been an active resident of the Acacia District for over a decade. She and her husband are raising their two daughters in the community they call home.
